Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Team Administrative Assistant to support our ten (10) business developers. The Sales Team Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes by providing administrative assistance to the sales team. Help each BD fully utilizing our CRM system, manage all CRM functions, and coordinate with our Marketing Project Manager on joint projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Non-negotiables – REQUIRED
· Strong desire to help others be their best.
· Detailed – Consistent with strong follow through.
· Extensive experience working with CRMs (preferably Pipedrive.)
· You must enjoy keeping our CRM up to date, thrive on deadlines, planning. If this is not you, please do not apply.
· Experience with assisting sales departments and managing CRM software. Not a sales background. Support Regional Managers and Business Developers (team of 12-15)
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Demonstrated Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred.
